If you are new to CrossFit, you will need to complete our Foundations program. This program includes 4 Personal Training sessions to teach the fundamentals of CrossFit and ensure safe movement before joining group classes. You can also choose to add Nutrition Coaching to your Foundations program.

If group classes are not for you, or if you want to work on a skill, we offer 1 on 1 Personal Training.

$45 for 30 Minutes
Drop-In Rate
For traveling CrossFitters or other visitors with some CrossFit experience, we offer a drop-in rate.
