Each daily workout can be a test of mental toughness in addition to physical strength and endurance. However, each workout can be scaled to every individual’s level regardless of experience or ability. Oak City CrossFit’s athletes come from every walk of life and every fitness level – the expectant mother works out next to the Marine Corps officer, and the high school students work out next to Ph.D.’s. We all work together, and what we achieve is a community attaining the same goals of constantly improving fitness.
Oak City CrossFit’s athletes train hard and we have a good time together. We are constantly introducing new activities where everyone can participate, bring family, and enjoy the camaraderie of hanging out with like-minded people.
