New Year, New You Challenge

The New Year, New You 6-Week Challenge is designed to help you create a healthier lifestyle by creating healthy habits. Instead of a restrictive diet or crazy amounts of exercise, we’re going to work on including more vegetables and proper portion sizes. Over 6 weeks, we will work with you to create new healthy habits that you can maintain forever. This means you won’t lose a bunch of weight just to gain it back again after the challenge is over.

  • 2 In-Person Meetings with a Registered Dietitian

Important Dates:

  • Kickoff Seminar – Saturday, January 16th
  • Initial Meeting with a Registered Dietitian – January 14th- 17th
  • Challenge Start Date – Monday, January 18th
